The Effect of Academic Supervision to School Supervisors and Teacher Motivation on Teacher Performance

This study is to describe the influence of school supervisors' academic supervision and motivation teacher achievement on performance at SMA Negeri Mamajang District, Makassar City. type research ex post facto using a quantitative approach. Sampling technique was carried out by proportional random sampling . The total population in this 247 teachers, where exogenous variable supervisor school, while intervening endogenous performance. instrument used questionnaire, data were analyzed descriptive inferential statistics, which are analysis use track.. Study aim (1) For get description about supervisors, District Public High School City (2) find that empirically effect (3) for obtain information empirical influential Teacher senior high Country Subdistrict Macassar (4) ensure manner country subdistrict mamajang city macassar (5) confirms supervisors influences through Macassar. Results show with mark average as big 104.49 generally good category, an value 111.20 And general very score 129.23 category. there direct from supervisor's 75.3% path coefficient 0.868; 2,3 % track 0.153; 87.4% 0.838; indirect 3,4 coefficients 0, 111.
